Elite Sportswear gladly accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:

• All return requests must be sent no more than 30 days after shipment of merchandise.
• Returns must be processed through Returns (returns.gkelite.com/) in order to be accepted.
• Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sew-in tags attached in their original position and condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Stock items ordered with embellishments are considered customized and are non-returnable. The exception to this is in the case of a Manufacturer's error or defect (Refer to Returns: Special Order Items section for more information.)
